Shipping and Returns

1. Transport conditions

Iberian Excellence has three delivery methods subcontracted with courier companies:

  • Standard (by Road).
  • Express (by Flight).
  • Express transport refrigerated (by Flight).

It will not be possible to carry out the purchase process through the Website to other destinations than those indicated. Iberian Excellence does not ship products to the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla as well as the Canary Islands.

Standard Transportation: Includes the following countries: Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Hungary, Holland, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Estonia, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia.

Excludes: Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Formentera, Andorra, Gibraltar, Azores, Madeira, France, Switzerland and Norway.

The transit of the package is from two to seven days, depending on the destination country, except for reasons of force majeure.

Express Transportation: Includes the following countries: Spain, Portugal, Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Hungary, Holland, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Estonia, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, United Kingdom, Italy, Romania, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Greece.

Excludes: Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Formentera, Andorra, Gibraltar, Azores, Madeira, Switzerland and Norway.

The transit of the package is from one to three days, depending on the destination country, except for reasons of force majeure.

Includes premium options for the client such as:

  • Delivery on a different day than expected.
  • Delivery to a neighbor.
  • Delivery at a Service Point.
  • Alternative address.
  • Storage during the holidays.

Refrigerated Transport: Includes the following countries: Spain, Portugal, Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Hungary, Holland, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Estonia, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, United Kingdom, Italy, Romania, Croatia , Serbia, Bulgaria, Greece.

Excludes: Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Formentera, Andorra, Gibraltar, Azores, Madeira, Switzerland and Norway.

It has an extra cost of 30€ over Express shipping. It is the client’s responsibility to select this shipping method, if he chooses to purchase items that must remain refrigerated.

The refrigerated transport will be carried out by isothermal boxes and cold packs.

2. Shipping costs.

The purchase of products on the Website is subject to payment of shipping costs, at the expense of the buyer.

The shipping costs will depend on the destination and the number of products purchased. The actual shipping costs will be detailed throughout the purchase process and the buyer will have the possibility to review these costs before finalizing his purchase. Iberian Excellence can not be held responsible for the delay in the delivery of orders for reasons not directly attributable to Iberian Excellence, fortuitous events or force majeure.

The shipping rates may be modified without prior notice.

The shipping costs include, in addition to the transportation of the products, their packaging, basic insurance against loss or breakage, as well as IVA.

The delivery of orders will be made at the delivery address freely designated by the User. Iberian Excellence will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product does not occur as a result of inaccuracy or falseness of the data provided by the user for this purpose, as well as in the event that the delivery can not be made for reasons beyond Iberian Excellence, such as the absence of the recipient at the delivery address.

In case of absence of the recipient and whenever possible, a pass note with the necessary information will be left to arrange a new delivery at the address of the recipient or the necessary indications so that he / she will pick up the product at a service point.

Iberian Excellence offers different shipping methods to the user and states in the description of the product the appropriate conditions of preservation that it requires, it being the user’s responsibility to choose the shipping method that best suits them, making the user responsible for a possible deterioration of the product and its consequences, in case of not complying with the required storage conditions of the product. Iberian excellence strives to provide the best materials for the cold storage of the articles to the customer but can not control the conditions of the same during the journey, for which Iberian Excellence is not responsible for the state of conservation of the products sent through cold transport, the user is aware of the risks of acquiring these products and takes full responsibility for possible deterioration of the product and its consequences.

3. Returns.

Iberian Excellence intends that the online purchase process does not pose any additional annoyance to the consumer compared to other systems.

Shipments will be made by the carrier contracted by Iberian Excellence.

In case the client has selected the transport method according to the product’s conservation needs and there are damages caused by transportation or error by Iberian Excellence, the user has the right to have the same item re-sent correctly or the cancellation of the order and return of the full amount of the purchase in case there is no stock of said product. It is necessary to notify the possible errors or defects in the following 48 hours from the reception of the order. The products must not have been consumed in any case more than ¾ parts.

Cash will not be returned, after 48 hours from the receipt of the order or if the customer has selected an inappropriate transport method to the needs of product conservation.

The procedure for the exchange will be the following, without which, the same can not be accepted.

  • Order number.
  • Name and email address with which you made the purchase.
  • Order date.
  • Description of the article not satisfactory.
